    Item arrived broken , not packaged in a way a fragile object should have been . Blunt reply to a civil message trying to pass the blame . Beware if buying anything fragile off this person .

    This item was extremely well packed. Unfortunately, if a delicate ceramic ornament is wrenched through one side of the package/box it is going to break. As you can clearly see from the photograph that was submitted. You can see from my previous 100% positive feedback, I am a trusted seller and buyer- I will not be using ebay again to post fragile items, as this can result in situations such as this.
