    I am so disappointed and upset by the way I was treated by the seller. I ordered a leather coat, paid £53.99 but was never received. I saw a message saying the order was paid on the 1st, dispatched on the 1st and delivered on the 1st by royal mail (same day) of which I think is impossible. When I checked through, it said that the parcel was put in my safe place, not special place was mentioned, and not even a notice been put through the letter box, and no person 's name who did the delivery.
